Tatanka Cafe is built on a unique idea: we’re bringing you 100% local and organic buffalo burgers and hotdogs — no fillers, no shortcuts. When we say 100%, we mean it. We will never mix in beef or pork to cut costs. Our focus is on quality from start to finish, serving the best buns, the crispiest fries, and truly top-notch food.

Almost Everything we serve will be made in our kitchen— never pre cooked , never microwaved. Our meat will be prepared daily in-house, and every patty will be hand-formed, not factory-made. Alongside our signature buffalo options, we also offer high-quality beef burgers, hotdogs, and a variety of other delicious menu items. Our Burger meat is local and organic. We aren't going cheap. Our fries are supreme. Our buns are Brioche. We are simply serving you the best. We aren't kidding. We don't even have a kids menu.
